Privacy Policy

COcartera respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

1.1 Account data

• Email: for creating your account and authenticating you.
• Apple/Google unique identifier: if you sign in with Apple or Google.

1.2 Data you enter

• Client information (name, phone, email, address, ID number).
• Loan and payment data.
• Optional photos of clients and receipts (stored locally only).
• Notes and app settings.

1.3 Technical data

• FCM token: for sending push notifications when enabled.

We do NOT collect: location, contacts, health data, advertising IDFA, or payment card data.

2. How we use your data

• To make the app work (displaying clients, calculating balances, etc.).
• To sync between your devices via Firebase.
• To send you notifications you configure.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Who has access

• You: the account owner.
• Google Firebase: storage (Firestore) and authentication provider, governed by their policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Apple: if you use Sign In with Apple, per their policy.
• When you share a public loan link, that loan info (balance, payments, client name) is publicly accessible to anyone with the link.

We do NOT sell your data. We do NOT use your data to train AI models.

4. Storage and retention

• Data lives on your device (local SQLite) and optionally in Firebase.
• Photos are stored on your device only.
• You can export all data (Settings → Export backup).
• You can delete all data (Settings → Wipe data) and/or your account.

5. Your rights

You can at any time:

• Access your data (everything is visible in the app).
• Modify or delete your data directly.
• Request full account deletion by emailing soporte@cocartera.app.
• Export your data in JSON format.

6. Security

• Communications with Firebase use HTTPS.
• Passwords are managed by Firebase Authentication (never seen or stored in plaintext).
• You can enable FaceID / passcode lock inside the app.

7. Children

COcartera is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and, if changes are substantial, notify you in the app.
